Meet Taylor

I’m Taylor Spooner, a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting women’s mental health across all stages of life. I believe every woman deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered, whether she is navigating pregnancy and postpartum, facing the demands of motherhood, or experiencing challenges outside of parenthood. My work in outpatient mental health and with kinship foster families highlighted the profound impact women’s well-being has on both individuals and families and reinforced my commitment to helping women thrive.

In my practice, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self. My approach blends evidence-based therapies with a holistic perspective that considers both emotional and physical well-being. I am TF-CBT certified, trained by Postpartum Support International, and continuously deepen my skills through ongoing professional development, including training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.

I see seeking support as an act of self-love and strength. Whether you are coping with anxiety, sadness, identity shifts, or simply want to build resilience and balance, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and to help you live your life in full bloom.
